Central Station (Expected Completion: 2025)
A massive project that’s transforming the area into a high-energy transit hub. Featuring two residential towers—one for students and one for downtown residents—along with 70,000 sq. ft. of office space and ground-floor retail. It’s set to bring 655 new units to the market, with a portion reserved for workforce housing.

PALMtower (Completed: 2024)
